After picking out a vanity to renovate my master bath, a year had gone by. I needed a push to get my bathroom done and I found Kristiann. She was just what a needed. Scheduled to meet at a bathroom supply place and one, two, three...it got done. She helped picked out tiles to my taste and liking. She is such an easy going, warm person. After purchasing my home, I knew my bathroom wanted a new makeover. After many research, I came across Kristann and read all her reviews; I didn't hesitate to call her. As soon as I knew we had to renovate our new salon space, Kristiann was the first person that popped into my mind! She came highly recommended, so of corse we wanted to work with her. I cant say enough about how professional and knowledgable she was. I could not have asked for a better and more focused design professional to lead my kitchen renovation than Kristiann. While others will commend her on her expertise, leadership, and eye for design, I was most impressed by, and thankful for, her incredible attention detail. She accounted for even the most smallest elements of the design that would certainly be overlooked by others to ensure the entire space was, for a lack of a better word, perfect. Whether it was aligning cabinet lines with the sink faucet, identifying pockets of space to add additional storage, or finding a way to fit a washer dryer in a small NYC apartment, she was truly exceptional. She also designed To have great functionality. This kitchen Suits the end requirements for all of my families needs. My Soho apartment is one that I will never want to change ever again . In a city where there are few things more infuriating than dealing with design and construction and it being an arduous process filled with never-ending obstacles and people who are far less than what would be considered competent with their jobs, Kristiann is nothing short of a miracle sent from above.
I set out to have a bathtub put into one of my bathrooms several months ago and without Kristiann not only would I have lost my mind completely but I would have finished a project with something far less beautiful and detail oriented than what I have.
Her eye for design is flawless, her mind works in a way I could only watch in amazement of. She is patient and creative and efficient and just a wonderful human being to interact with. She has the best connections to materials and contractors and I couldn't be happier with the final result. She worked tirelessly to keep my costs down and to finish swiftly and was always available to me for whatever questions or concerns I had. Kristiann helped me with my bathroom renovation, which was the first time i had ever renovated anything. I was so intimidated when i began the process, thinking of all of the decisions that I would have to make, and ordering the correct size and quantity of materials. Kristiann made the entire experience so easy and smooth. After our initial meeting, she provided me with suggestions for tile, tubs, and accessories which were exactly what i had envisioned. Not only did she immediately understand the look i was going for, she ordered all of the components so that everything fit perfectly. I couldn't have done this project without her, and would absolutely work with her again.
