Jen is amazing! She put so much time and effort into the entire process starting with picking a Europe destination, all the way through making sure I was checked into my flight. I couldn't have done this without her guidance, especially since I booked the trip with only a week before departure! She handled flights, hotels, the tour company, transportation, travel insurance, phone plans, currency...Jen really is a professional, not to mention super responsive via email/texting, and thoughtful!
