You are not getting old! Everyone has something about their body they wish was different....wether it is tight hamstrings, "kimonos" instead of arms, a less than perfect core, or a sport they wish they could do again. It is my most favorite thing to help my clients work through whatever restrictions seem to be hampering their ability to fully enjoy their lives and move the way they want to. When people ask me what my specialty is, I tell them "injury prevention and rehab", but it goes way beyond that. Learn to move well, and don't feel old anymore!
