They had good suggestions when I needed it, they took their time to make multiple changes to get everything just perfect - even when I kept making further tweaks! We used Justin's services after another designer had delivered an unsatisfactory website design and needed someone to fix it. Â I found him through Squarespace and emailed him to inquire about a quote, and he got back to me immediately with pricing and a good understanding of what we are looking for. I found Justin through Squarespace when I needed a website developed last October. I consulted a couple designers at the time and Justin stood out. Not only did he answer my list of questions I emailed him but also spent time on the phone to make sure it was the right fit.I've worked with him over the last 4 months and have had nothing but an exceptional experience. With it being my first time having a website built for me from scratch it couldn't have been any smoother! He made it easy and we kept in constant communication. He would update me with his progress and asked what I liked or didn't like. I would reply with any changes or tweaks I wanted and he would make it happen. Not only did he build and design the website but also helped set up an e-merchant system which for what I wanted was a bit tricky. I know a lot of people have website shame the first time they publish a website. Definitely not the case here! I'm amazed at how it turned out and I'm very happy with Justin's work.I will definitely work with him again in the future when I do a redesign as well as refer anyone I know in the market for a website to him. It's too bad the other reviewer had a bad experience, mine has been nothing but amazing! I highly recommend anyone needing a website built to hire Justin!
