I've read the reviews from other clients and DITTO everything everybody wrote. I never thought of myself as a "get headshots" kind of person, but after seeing a few friends' photos, I was SO impressed, I knew I needed my own headshots to help me grow my brand and presence on social media. From the moment I walked into Julie's studio, all the nervousness and uncomfortableness I expected to feel melted away. Carrie Wilson MakeUp was AMAZING (and she's so good at making you feel at ease before the shoot). I already felt like a model just with my make up! When I first started with Julie, I told her I felt stupid. After she showed me the first pic she took of me, my mouth dropped open and I was ready to GO FOR IT like a top model. I could NOT believe how easy and effortless it was for her to capture EXACTLY the me that was "me". The entire experience was FUN. I would have done it for the pure fun and just for the experience of it. Julie made me feel and look beautiful! I booked a session with her early in the year for March. Then postponed it until May. I had a little anxiety over wanting things to be perfect lol (a challenge of being professional organizer) but she calmed all my worries and I went for it. So glad I didn't wait longer!

My session was fun and Julie had some great suggestions for poses and looks. And Carrie Wilson, her makeup artist was amazing! The results? I was astounded. There were so many photos I liked that it was a little hard to narrow it down. And I am one of those people who will take 150 selfies to get ONE I will post (after a little editing). Either my mouth is crooked, an eye half shut... I saw none of that. She knows how to pose you so you are the best version of you. I can't wait to use them all in my social media feeds and website!

TIPS:
~ Research her site and make notes of poses and looks you like. Consider your personality.
~ Think about how you will use the photos.
~ Bring a few props.
~ And don't put it off until you lose a few pounds. You need these NOW! More...

I had the pleasure of working with Julie for a boudoir shoot last year and it was one of the best and memorable experiences! Julie is so sweet and talented and so much fun to be around. She has such a great vibe about her. She made me very comfortable throughout the whole shoot. I love how adventurous and creative she is. She even came out with me across town in the rain and I am so glad that we did!
Carrie Wilson did my makeup and she was awesome too!
Highly recommend, would give way more stars if I could! More...
