You left your customers hanging all day with limited support! Why isn't the chat feature available for instant support on the BIGGEST shopping day of the year? I've been having issues with uploading and clients having issues logging in all day. I've gotten one email reply back with support telling me to try things I've already done. It didn't solve the issue, other photographers are having the same issues as well. Extremely disappointed with Zenfolio right now. More...
