My sister, mom and I went to arts park on Monday to try out the food trucks and came across this GEM! Holy cow!!! I don't even like corn but my sister insisted I try a bite and let me tell you, I have been obsessed ever since. I've been trying to track down the truck since then! Great job guys and finding out the truck is own and operated by a fellow teacher makes me want to support even more. I hope to see your business grow in the future More...

The young ladies attending customers & preparing the food were outstanding. They truly care about their customers, and try to deliver their best at all times with smiles. I would definitely recommend it, and I give them props for handling unnecessary situations with rude customers, in a proper manner. Had the Mexican Nachos, which were phenomenal!! And the Corn bowl!! Both dishes were so delicious!!! Absolutely love that corn with the Mexican cream! ! Great combo!! I've had an elote craving ever since spotting them all over social media like Mitú and Pero Like. I first had an elote in Venice Beach, California and wanted more. There's not many places here in Miami that give you a good elote. I thought I'd have to travel real far for a good one. But then I stumbled upon Miami Roasted Corn.I had them twice. The first time, I had the elote in a cup, or better known as an esquite. I had it topped with chorizo. It was amazing. I wanted more and was sad when it was over.I had the Mexican street corn the last time I visited them. I liked it better than the esquite because it reminded me of that elote I had in Venice Beach. Love this!! Im not sure if they have a location, but I've always ordered food from their food truck. The corn on the cup with plantains and sausage has a special place in my heart every time I know the food truck will be in my area, I make it a must to go visit and order a corn on the cup. It's heaven! The special sauce with the mayo with the chili powder and the corn and the plantains and the sausage is just AMAZING! Best idea ever! The most aMAIZEing food truck out there has to be Miami Roasted Corn! I visit the food trucks every Friday at Tamiami and once a month at the Magic City Casino location, because I can never get enough. My favorite item to get here is the corn in a cup. It's delicious and succulent every single time. The corn in a cup choice for me has the main ingredients of CORN(of course!), ground beef, maduros, with Mexican cream, cheese and accompanied with a lime flavor prepared in a mexican manner, which is also known as Esquites. You can't forget washing down this mexican styled corn in a cup without a delicious and sweet homemade lemonade.
