Jennifer and Scott were amazing! From the very beginning, they were super accommodating and customized our package for us according to our needs. The booking process was simple and easy. As promised, they checked in with us about a month before our day to go over details and timelines. Everything was seamless even though we're in NY and they're located in FL. On my wedding day, our timeline was pushed back due to hair and makeup which took longer than expected. Jen and Scott was patient with us even though we were pretty much a hot mess trying to organize the bridal party and getting everyone to where we were supposed to be. Throughout the night, I was honestly worried about maybe they missed some of the important moments. But they were always close by. We received our wedding film about 2 weeks after. The video is beautiful!!! We can’t stop watching it and reliving that day. I love the drone shots, the details, and all the special moments captured. I had a request for a slight edit and Jen and Scott was able to edit within a day! I would highly recommend J&S Media for your own video needs. J&S Media was probably the best decision in the whole wedding. Having a videographer is something that a lot of couples go back and forth with. Is it worth it? YES! I would recommend J&S Media every day. Scott and Jennifer are wonderful people. They care about their clients, and they work their tails off. Many of my guests made the comments how they worked harder than anyone else at the wedding. They never once were in the way of anything, they worked amazing with my other vendors, and their product is unbelievable! They capture the most special parts of the day. Jennifer and Scott were phenomenal!! Not even one month since the wedding and they already sent us our video and special clips. The video turned out absolutely amazing!!! It truly captures the essence of our day, filled with beauty, grace and love. I can’t wait to watch it over and over. Working with J&S was a dream, they are so sweet and even tempered. They got along well with our photographer (even having never worked together) and knew when to speak up to get a certain shot but also work around what she required.
