DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! My cousin booked a shoot for her 1 year old daughter, who at the time was not in a great mood for the photoshoot also due to being scared of the pony that was rented. The lady taking the pictures was very understanding and accommodated us during the shoot & time period. After the shoot my cousin then selected her pictures she would have liked edited and didn’t hear a response from the company. She explained when booking the shoot that she will need the pictures by a certain time & they lady agreed to it. 2 1/2 weeks after the shoot she then contacts them again & speaks to the MOST NASTIEST/ RUDEST Lady ever! She was so unprofessional to the fact that she said “ Oh your the pony lady I heard about you” in regards to the shoot & “Good luck” in regards to getting our pictures on time. Which is very unprofessional & to be completely honest there was nothing to hear besides an upset baby which is completely normal. This lady would not take accountability for her wrong doing & blamed everything on my cousin as to why her pictures were not done & sent to her in the time they agreed upon. Listening to this conversation & thanking god we recorded it because this lady should be exposed for how nasty she speaks to her customers & people who are paying lots of money for photos. Not only after to speaking to her to receive the photos my cousin paid for she then sends my cousin her pictures UNEDITED !!! Literally the same pictures sent to her again with out the copyright on it. By far worse experience ever & very upsetting to know my cousin paid so much money to receive pictures that we could have taken on our iPhone!!! Again DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL & SCAMMERS !!! And I’m sure she will write back to this TRUTHFUL review … not making any sense as to why she wasn’t wrong / how it’s our fault because that’s what she does for every review that tells the truth about how horrible she runs her business.
