I received the completed investigative report from J.P. Investigation on 11/09/2021. I was immediately blown away by the professionalism in the structure and display of the report, By that I mean it was easy to read, watch videos and most importantly has everything I need for upcoming trial. I was being deposed by X’s attorney, and was in unique situation of having 2 current reports from different firms. Her lawyer would not even open JP Investigations report during hearing, only my other investigators report. This is a good report, but the JP Investigation work is OUTSTANDING and almost half the price. Joe, I thought you would want an update to the case. A few months ago, we presented to her attorney that we had the evidence and the report that you collected and put together through your investigation. Her attorney established with my attorney that this evidence constituted cohabitation. Her attorney notified her and she released her attorney from service noting that she didn’t need him anymore. My attorney has attempted multiple times to contact her to see what she would like to do and has had no answer whatsoever. I learned that she and her fiancé have a set a wedding date. I stopped paying her back in July and have canceled any future payments. My attorney has told me to not pay anymore and to consider the case closed. I referred a friend who hired JP Investigative Group, Inc in July 2020 to help her with a domestic investigation & to catch her husband cheating.

During the investigation process, Joe would communicate on each day he or his team were working on the investigation to update her on the progress. I can say without a doubt that throughout the entire investigation, Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable, as to knowing what evidence he needed to gather for her, so that she could get the evidence needed to show infidelity. I also want to say that Joe was always there for her even when she had questions about divorce and his opinion on certain steps she needed to take. After approximately one month, Joe and his team were able to gather the necessary evidence needed for the courts to show infidelity.

I hired JP Investigative in June 2020 to help me with a child custody investigation & gather information on my ex-husband. During the investigation process, Joe and I would communicate on each day he or his team were working on my investigation to update me on the progress.

I can say without doubt that throughout the entire investigation, Joe was very helpful and knowledgeable, as to knowing what evidence he needed to gather for me, so that I could get full custody of my children.

Contacted JP Investigative Group and hired them the same day. I also hired another PI because I needed help with 2 separate issues. I've never hired a PI, so I can only compare the 2 I hired and I felt like I did not get the service with JP that I did with the other PI. On the first day, I didn't even know if they showed up at the location. I finally texted at 10:30 and did not get a response. Texted again at 11am and did not get a response. I then called and emailed and finally received a phone call back stating that they were at the location at 7am. I guess I was surprised to not receive any contact for 4 hours. This company was not nearly as responsive during the investigation. I also did not receive the report until 9 days after the investigation ended. I just likely wouldn't hire this company again if I had future needs. More...

April, I am sorry to hear you were not completely satisfied with our services. Considering the information we gathered for you in a short period of time, we were able to meet your requested objective. We update our clients each day in four-hour increments either by text, phone call or email. As not to inconvenience our clients, we do not typically call them at 7:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning unless we are specifically directed too. We did contact you via text or a phone call two-three times a day on each day. Lastly, our clients receive a report and video within 7-10 business days after the completion of the investigation unless specifically directed to rush the report to their attorney or themselves. We never received a directive to rush your request.

I contacted JP Investigative Group in December of 2017 to have them assist me in investigating my domestic relationship.
