The only words I have are WOW! Aundrea was super attentive and supportive throughout this entire process! I didn’t know where to start, but she helped me to plan the wedding of my dreams. I had a destination wedding in Nashville, so I wasn’t able to see the venue before hand. She helped me choose a venue amongst all of the many other choices I had to make. Her attention to detail is unparalleled! The wedding started on time, and we had a very short window at the reception for pictures. She made sure their was a timeline, and we fit everything in so the pictures were AMAZING! At one point I motioned for my husband to come over during the reception, and she came over and said what do you need because I saw you motioning for something. She ensured guests enjoyed themselves at the wedding and reception. I will definitely use JP Events for any of my party planning needs in Nashville on the future. More...

Q&As

Our roots are southern so southern dishes are our heart, but we have 24 chefs that can prepare pretty much anything that a client requests.

It starts with the consultation. The client will speak with one of our planners and they will go over likes, dislikes, allergies, wants, needs and most importantly budget. We take that budget and then customize a menu that will fit within that budget. Then we also show them what additions could be added and what it would cost. Clients then work with us on any changes and finally we submit a proposal based on client need and there are no surprises.

Working with people from all different ages, races and backgrounds.

I had a need to be able to make my own schedule and do something I truly loved. A few friends confirmed I was making the right choice and here we are 12 years later.

Our clients come to us because they don't want to have to fit a company, they are looking for options to fit them. We are not cookie cutter and we can offer all services needed to plan your next event under one roof. No need to juggle different vendors, which saves you time, money and stress.

Yes, currently we do most things remotely, including tastings.

We practice social distancing when needed. We always were masks and we sanitize our equipment and surfaces even more thoroughly and we offer our services remotely.

Services

Of course, no meal (or party!) is ever complete without some sweet indulgences. From a simple chocolate-lovers’ brownie and ice cream bar to cupcake carousels and five-tiered wedding cakes architectured with simple florals, Executive Pastry Chef Lexi Francisco infuses decadent flavors with luxurious designs that will have all the guests swooning over your dessert table.

From the Old Testament to our modern era, flowers were often used by religions as powerful spiritual symbols. In Christianity, flowers and plants are perceived as God’s creation to express and share with the people divine goodness, truth and beauty. Formerly known as Joyful Provisions, JP Events’ florals certainly serve their purpose as centerpieces or wedding bouquets, but they also symbolize the significance of the event and evoke emotion through (almost) all the senses – sight, touch, and smell.

As with any art, crafting the perfect masterpiece takes time, skill, dedication, and precision. And the best masterpieces radiate passion by excelling in even the smallest details.

At JP Events, this is the recipe for all the meals we create. From savory, passed hor d’oeuvres and amuse-bouche to the local-favorite Nashville-style hot chicken or a mouthwatering Beef Wellington. We focus on the quality of each individual element for a perfectly curated menu that entices all of the senses.

Since 2008, JP Events has curated over 300 weddings, 80+ corporate events and over 125 special occasions. We know what you need to pull off a successful event, and can help you do it without running all over town (or ordering from Amazon every two seconds). We have anything you could possibly need to put the finishing touches on your special occasion.

Let’s make this simple: You dream it. We do it. So your first step to planning your event, quite frankly, is to hire us! And not just for your day-of coordination, but from day-one of planning. No matter the event type or size, we can help you manage it all: venue selection, timelines, budgets, vendors, event rentals, setup/teardown, theme and design, decoration, catering, cakes and pastries, bar and beverages, photographers, DJs, and more. We want to be your all-inclusive event planning partner. We know event planning is not easy. That’s why we’re here. Let us handle all the details so you can be the guest at your own party.

At JP Events, we’re all about serving you, and in this case, we have a Tennessee license to do so. Whether it’s a corporate affair, a social event with your closest friends, or a celebration involving the crazy in-laws, we know what you’re really gonna be needing: “a double shot of Crown…’til you’re chasin’ that disco ball around and your favorite song’s on replay.”

What’s even better, though, is when you don’t have to cook the food yourself! At JP Events, we love serving others and nothing makes us happier than seeing our clients’ reactions to our work. With JP Events’ personal chef, you can leave all the planning and cooking to us. You tell us the kind of meal you’re craving and how many guests, then entrust us to make your evening unforgettable.

Great cooking isn’t just about recipes—it’s about technique. From Thai to Texas barbecue, our classes let you explore a world of cuisines and disciplines. In our classes, you’ll work together with other “students” in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

During these cooking classes, you’ll. learn fundamental skills for a lifetime of great cooking and interact with other “classmates” and the instructor for a rich learning experience.

Most classes are 2 to 3 hours and each “student” enjoys a generous taste of every dish.

Held in our professional kitchen or your private home, experienced chef instructors lead each class.

Love beautiful, unique flower arrangements and always wanted to try making one yourself? Now you can! JP Events offers flower lovers an opportunity to learn from our in-house floral designer on how to design and arrange all kinds of luscious floral centerpieces, cascading garlands, bouquets, and more.
