Amy at Journeys Unlimited booked our wedding and all the travel for our guests to Jamaica. We got married on Jan 18, 2017. We called her today because our flights were delayed and some peoples flights were cancelled. No one at the airport in Jamaica was helping us, and alot of us had to get back for work tomorrow. Amy helped us, was texting everyone to say what flight to ask for, and what to tell the people at the airline. She took care of everyone who needed to get home, got people on different planes and told us to get to an airport in the States so we could fly the rest of the way tomorrow morning or rent a car if we had to. The people there told us we should wait until tommorrow and they might bring in a new plane. She got some people hotel rooms in 2 different airports. I worked with Amy on our destination wedding for August 2016. We had a group of 36 people in addition to us. She was amazing! Her knowledge of the resort and the destination helped us make our decision. She even contacted contacts that she had at the resort to help make our "big day" even more special.
