Journey has made the most positive impact on my life, yes I have a baby and I get help from them to get baby supplies which is absolute amazing and I don't know what I would do without the help and support, but I don't only go for that. Every time I am in a horrible mood and I'm have a terrible day I know I can go there and when I do I always feel refreshed just by walking in cause I know there's always someone to talk to. Journey helps me set and complete my goals and and that makes me feel better about myself. It makes a difference in my life going here. I feel loved by everyone that works/volunteers there and that means so much to me. I get the support I need and want when I'm there. I don't know if they know how much I appreciate there help and more importantly to me their friendship honestly I am very happy going there and I wouldn't change a thing. I tell everyone I know about journey because I really do believe in what they do, and because I love the people I'm surrounded by going there. Where do I start? Journey is a beautiful place to volunteer, be inspired, and grow up and out~ spiritually. They literally mentor the growing girl in whatever stage she is at. You can feel the heartbeat the second you enter. Drop off items, or volunteer an hour and prepared to hear amazing life stories and meet fabulous people! And buy ~ a pretty thing or two! I still remember the 1st time I walked into journey almost 3 years ago. The peace, love, encouragement, and instant friendliness, . .. is still as awsome, if not more, today. There is no place like this. I walked in looking for help for someone else, and got help also for me. Their genuine love, respect, and confidentiality is always front and center. And of course, the free coffee, incredible boutique resale shop, and area, to just sit and relax.... sure adds to its 5 star rating. If you have never visited us, please stop in. I just love the energy in this place. You walk in and are greeted with so many smiling faces. If you are ever in a bad mood stop on by you will leave with joy in your heart and a bag of goodies because prices are great here too! Maybe a little hard to find because of the busy roads, but take the time to locate and you will be rewarded. All donations are accepted here and help out a wonderful cause. They have homemade soy candles, chalk paint (and painting classes), name brand clothing at 90% markdown, and furniture galore! So many cute odds and ends to help bring a personal touch in your home. Coffee, cookies, and a listening ear can help bring God's Greatness near and believe it or not you can find it all here! More...

This is a place where young ladies to "vintage" ones like myself, can feel secure, loved, accepted, and most of all helped and encouraged through our journeys that may have brought us pain, grief, shame. .. The women and young ladies who work and volunteer here are awesome. If you have forgotten how to hug, you will remember. If you have forgotten how to smile, you will again. If you don't think there is any hope left for you. You will find it here again. I did. I can come here for group studies, private counseling, or just stay a while for a cup of coffee, browse the store, talk to others there, etc. All in a beautiful and confidential environment. I have searched a LONG time for this kind of help and encouragement. I am so blessed to have found it here at Journey. More...
