Our thermostat quit working. I called Jordan Air and they were able to send a technician out on Sunday since we were not going to be home later in the week. He arrived early after checking to see if that was ok. He checked out the thermostat and the AC and then replaced our thermostat with a new digital Trane thermostat. He made sure everything was working right and then helped me set up the app and online controls so I could operate everything from my iPhone. I don't call these companies because I know what I'm doing. . Most times when i need to call a Service company I have to wait for availability and then the time window becomes an issue. Not with Jordan air. It's been Vini Vidi Vici & So Far Everything is Peachy. Consistency and reliability with no hidden agendas. My latest experience with Bill Spencer and Jason Scearce reflects their reputation. Two days later I'm greeted by their service team and overseer for the installation of a major unit. Jordan Air and Plumbing came in the time they scheduled. Kyle, the technician , had to review the information for a piece of equipment he had never worked on before. He was very interested and put in the water ion exchange having traced back to where the water entered the house. He was so efficient and professional.
