The team at Joli Cookie is friendly, helpful, kind and very prompt. I was looking for custom cookies to be delivered, but didn't have time to sit through and fill out forms. They asked friendly questions via email and we got the order with a custom design created by them within an hour - I mean, within an hour! That's unheard of. I was in a time crunch looking for cookies to serve at my daughter's first birthday party and I came across Joli Cookie with great reviews. I thought I would give it a try and opted to go with their photo cookie option. Ordering online was simple and quick and emailing with Marie was quick and easy. I was able to submit my picture and confirm delivery date and time without any problems. They were even willing to accommodate a delivery to me on a Sunday, which they normally don't do. I forgot to provide my choice of flavor and Marie was so kind to follow up with me on that a few days before my event. They delivered on time and added an extra little goodie for my kiddos. These are my favorite cookies. They somehow have both an intense flavor and a lightness to them. What really sets these cookies apart is that they are actually made with the ingredients they say they have, not artificial flavoring. You can absolutely tell that they are made with homemade, fresh ingredients. For example, the strawberry cookie is actually made with strawberries, not strawberry flavoring. Raspberry Chocolate: The chocolate is not too heavy, and is balanced with the freshness of the raspberry.Strawberry: This is my favorite cookie. You actually feel like you are eating a strawberry on top of a cookie.Lime: This one is light, and I think is perfect either with tea and/or maybe for someone who does not have as strong of a sweet tooth.Almond: This one has flakes of almonds which is also nice for someone who does not want something as sweet. My Mom likes this one the best. Also the presentation is beautiful and unique, so they are perfect as a gift or to serve when you host. I have done both and have found others really enjoy them. So addictive! These cookies are perfection: they are the right balance in texture (not too crunchy, not too soft) and come in delicious unforgettable flavors. My favorites are lemon, vanilla and strawberry, just can't stop eating them!I don't like my chocolate mixed with any flavor so I'm not the raspberry chocolate biggest fan but my family do really like them. If you are nut lover then the almond one will make you very happy!These cookies are perfect to enjoy yourself but they are also such a nice gift idea. I love how they come in different designs for different occasion (Thanksgiving, Holidays, Easter, Teacher Thank you...) which makes them ideal for a last minute gift idea.The packaging is just beautiful and thought through in every single details and the hand writing is just so lovely.The owner, Marie, is so kind and caring, it is always a pleasure and easy to order with her. Cookies were very well received. Also, Marie and the delivery staff went above and beyond - as the first address I gave them didn't work, they made sure to call me (at my UK number as I'm based abroad) and made sure to check if there was an alternate delivery address. They also made sure to check the business hours of the alternate address, and ended up successfully delivering the cookies to that address on Mother's Day Sunday. Ordered the limited edition Valentines heart cookie box as a gift for Valentine's day, and they were a hit! As with any edible gift, this is measured by how fast the box is empty. Each cookie is relatively expensive per cookie, so it would get quite expensive if you got these for yourself, but I would definitely recommend as a gift. The box came with 6 stacks of 3 cookies, which covers all 5 available flavours and 1 extra stack of Vanilla. I think this is a great choice, since Vanilla was my favourite. The strawberry is a close second with it's non-fake flavour! The lime is a great palate cleanser and the chocolate raspberry has a good balance between chocolate and raspberry. My least favourite is the almond but it is definitely still good, especially for the nut lovers. More...

So I can't say that these are the best cookies in the city due to inadequate statistical sampling, but these are very good. I appreciate the mix (having tried the multi-flavor box) of subtler flavors that don't assault you senses along with bolder flavors like the raspberry one mentioned in other reviews.I'd recommend them as tea-time cookies or as a gift. Probably the best cookies I've tasted. They stimulate all your senses (except maybe hearing :))The cookies are beautiful and scrumptious. My favorite is the vanilla one, perfect for every occasions. Really really good!! The flavors are not the usual ones that you can buy anywhere. I was pretty amazed by the almond one and the choco-raspberry one! We tried the "La Gourmande" box, with a mix of all their flavors, I would definitely recommend it.The little bonus is that they deliver the cookies in a great box that you can use for anything you want after having eaten the cookies.
