A wedding is one of those special occasions you want those memories captured brilliantly in pictures and it takes a special photographer to accomplish that. Johnny more than exceeded expectations. Johnny was the most friendly and helpful vendor I hired for my wedding!
First, we had an amazing engagement session with Johnny.
I was relieved that we felt completely comfortable with him during the shoot. Our engagement photos turned out so well - we look natural, playful, happy and downright in love.
At the ceremony, Johnny was so subtle and out-of-the-way I didn't even notice him! At the reception, he made sure to get a picture of everyone there and yet was so available to me. Somehow every time I decided I wanted a picture with a someone Johnny was easy to grab and he took the shot!
Besides generally being an awesome photographer and nice guy, Johnny went above and beyond in two distinct ways. One was during the planning process. He really listened to what we wanted and offered suggestions for how to make it happen. He even gave us some suggestions and advice regarding non-photographer aspects of the wedding which were really helpful. And when we decided to have a photobooth at the reception Johnny had a second assistant set up a background and man the photobooth the entire night! It was a hit!
The second way in which Johnny went above and beyond for us was when he sorted through the wedding pictures that night, pulled out 7 that were from different parts of the day, and edited them so I could have them the very next day! Talk about immediate gratification! And his turn-around time for the whole batch is about 1 month which is reeaaalllyy good for a wedding photographer (usually it takes about 2-3 months).
We were so happy to have Johnny behind-the-scenes catching all the fun and beauty of our big day. We will definitely keep in touch with him for future family photos, anniverary pictures, or whatever else we can think of!
