But there are "blocks" and "stuff " that gets in the way. I help people to clear the mental blocks and stuffiness, build confidence, achieve freedom and peace of mind.

• Are Feeling overwhelmed, overworked and feel underappreciated
• Are feeling that they are not good enough and are pressured to prove themselves. Experiencing low confidence and self -esteem.
• Are unhappy about things, work or relationships and stressed about it all the time
• Overthink and overanalyze everything and are not able to make decisions or act on (decision paralysis)
• Are experiencing feelings of guilt and other fear-based emotions, feeling miserable and negative because things are not working as they hope they would.
• Are looking for direction. “I don’t know what I should do with my life.” I have no passion.
