John Claude Exclusive Catering

I cannot rave enough about John Claude's!!! They catered my wedding this past weekend on June 16th and it was absolute perfection! Eileen and her girls are fantastic! The food was top notch and we received so many compliments from our wedding guests about how delicious it was. Her servers were a joy!!! They got along so well with my family, that my sister gave them some cookies (our favors she baked herself) and a recipe as a parting gift!! I wish I remember their names, but I believe they were Susie and Theresa. They requested to be servers at future family events because they had so much fun lol. We recently used John Claude Catering for our wedding in December. The entire experience working with them from start to finish was amazing. Our contact, Eileen, was always extremely responsive and so friendly to work with. On the wedding day, the caterers arrived on time, had a beautiful set-up and everyone loved the food. The severs were also extremely attentive and friendly. I could not be happier and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Love love love Jc catering!! I worked with them for my wedding in September at the Glenburn Estate and I cant wait to hire them for our next event! First, Eileen and her daughter were a delight to work with. They are both so friendly. Eileen made herself easily accessible on email and texts, though phone calls were the best form of  communication. On the day of our wedding Eileen made sure my husband and I had food and a drink as soon as we arrived for cocktail hour. Eileen even helped me and my bridesmaids bustle my dress. Then there was the food!  We were on a tight budget and their wedding packages was perfect for us. Their entrées were great and the appetizers were my absolute favorite!! We attended, and helped to coordinate and run, a neighborhood dinner party for seventeen guests last night.  John Claude was the selected caterer, and from what I've been told, were cooperative, accommodating and professional. Everything was delivered on-time and fresh.  Erin, the deliverer, knew the right way to setup steam tables for a buffet, and was friendly and professional.  A few minutes later, Heather arrived as the event's server and coordinator.  Her calm demeanor and friendly outlook helped to make this party a very pleasant event.Dinner began with a very generous antipasto platter, featuring quality Italian deli and a very tasty olive and cheese vinaigrette salad.  Chicken Sorrentino, Portobello Raviolini in a port wine reduction cream sauce and Steak Au Poivre were the chosen entrees, and each was delicious.  The chicken remained moist and flavorful, despite its buffet table fate.  The steak was tender and tasty, albeit under-seasoned (both salt and pepper) as an au poivre.  By a narrow margin, however, the star of the buffet table were the raviolini.  Pleasantly rustic in preparation, yet dressed in a flavorful cream sauce, the pasta portion held up very well-- remaining tender, without getting mushy.  Nicely prepared fried potato croquettes added textural variation to the plate, and were quite good.  The vegetable accompaniment, string beans almondine, were loaded with blonde almond slivers and were good.  A few minutes of pan-toasting for the almonds would, however, have added a nice layer of flavor.Each of the dishes served generally demonstrated the type of balanced, yet complex, layering of flavors which would identify their preparation to have been by a talented and proficient restaurant chef.A platter of oversized cookies, complemented by platters of mini Italian pastries and cookies brought by guests, rounded-out a delicious dinner.  The party was wonderful, and seemed to be enjoyed by all who attended.  Everyone was raving about John Claude's food-- we ate very well! Jenn is awesome!   We communicated via text/email/phone to bounce ideas off each other.  They took care of EVERY detail and we couldn't be more pleased!  They delivered, set-up, brought everything we would've needed!  They thought of EVERYTHING!  Reasonably priced and so worth not having a headache over a party!   One less thing the host/hostess has to worry about!   We will def use them again for our next party!   Thanks again Jenn and John Claude Catering!   We couldn't be happier with your service! My wife and I have been using John Claude for many years. We have used them for business functions from 10-100 people as well as for family gatherings at home. The service they provide cannot be matched. We usually give Claude the event details and he takes it from there. We've used the services in just about every county north of Interstate 195 as well as a few boroughs of NYC. They deliver, set up and provide everything needed. I am a pharmaceutical rep, have been for 7 years, and after finding John Claude last year they are my go-to catering company! I pretty much use them exclusively, for several reasons. 1.  Excellent food, every time!! They've never messes up when there is an allergy and if an office has a specific request, they cater to it. A very picky office of mine that said to me "keep it healthy" was raving about Jonh Claude2. Convenience! I can text Claude my lunch schedule a month in advance, or literally the day before if I forget or something last minute comes up. I've even done the 7AM "help me!" text and fanatic food always arrives on time. 3. Cost! A have a tight budget but with John Claude catering I can always afford all the lunches I want to do!4.  And finally, reliability. I can 100% count on the food to be fresh, delicious and delivered on time. My only complaint ... the cookies are too good and I can't stop eating them!! More...

From start to finish, working with JC Exclusives was so easy. I'm so thankful to have found them (recommended by a friend) in a sea of overpriced, not nice, NYC caterers to cater our engagement party in NYC. Claude was a pleasure to deal with and he makes great food! The food was complimented throughout the party  (still getting compliments!). He created a solid Italian menu including mozzarella and spinach stuffed chicken, peppered filet mignon, artichoke bruschetta, asparagus parm, risotto cakes, lobster stuffed mushrooms, and so much more.The server, Ali, helped to pour wine, made sure everything ran smoothly, made sure the food was served on time, and was professional and polite.
