Joe was great. One day the treadmill just started shutting down and I thought it was possibly an electrical problem but Joe fine tuned the treadmill better than I ever did so for now nothing has to be replaced and it works fine.

Lack of communication from Joe’s Assembly’s end left me needing to wait an additional week to service my equipment. I first contacted them for service. A phone number was left to speak to them. I called and text the number with no response. I followed up several hours later through the app. After the initial 2 weeks of speaking to them via messages through this app, they no-showed for the morning they agreed to come. They claim they get too many people inquire through this app but those customers don’t hire them. Maybe the lack of follow up to customers and keeping your schedule (and word) might serve them better? More...

I would highly recommend Joe if you need fitness equipment assembled. His work is great quality and he arrived right on time.
Joe is very knowledgeable in this field and even offered maintenance tips for my Treadmill. He cleaned up his work area and brought the treadmill box and trash out to the dumpster.
