I got a BBQ sandwich with original sauce, FF and Mt Dew. FF were awesome, great & yum yum. I didn't care for the BBQ sandwich it was sliced instead of pulled/shredded. and of course the MT dew was refreshing.... To make a twist to the fries maybe could offer a cheese cup to kinda make cheese fries. Just an idea. I could have ate a whole box of the fries. Thanks. More...

One of the best Cubans I have had since leaving the state of Florida. I would definitely look for this food truck at future events. The rib-eye sandwich was so big I needed to eat it with a fork. The regular bbq sauce is amazing! I’ve missed figuring out what to do with barbecue sauce since I became a vegetarian, but I’m staying well stocked in this and finding a bunch of meals to enjoy it on! Baked potatoes with beans, mmmmm.

The only thing I get from Joe Bill’s is fries with macaroni and their signature sauce on top. Sounds weird but the fries are amazing, macaroni is heavenly, and their signature sauce is one of the best bbq sauces I’ve ever come across.
