I had a wonderful experience growing my skills with Bart as a Copywriter, which has helped me to work across the country for companies like Goodby, Chiat, and Snap Inc. The best part of the whole experience was meeting a new network of creative professionals. Not to mention, Bart helped me build a portfolio from scratch, which was the real ticket to getting my dream job.

Frustrated, I googled the words "advertising career training" (with the quotation marks), and I found EXACTLY what I was looking for — a training program for creative careers in the Advertising Industry.
The best part of the program is how Bart Cleveland customized my learning experience to complement my work schedule and project load.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Creative industries such as advertising are difficult to enter and succeed in. With over 35 years of experience and company ownership, it became evident that career development needed a new, personalized model that would more efficiently and economically guide individuals to successful careers.

I experienced the same challenges that my clients do, overcame the obstacles, and succeeded. I approach every person as unique and customize each program to the individual. My commitment to a person's success goes beyond their period of training.

My services have been used remotely since we began in 2012. We have trained people all over the western hemisphere without losing the benefit of personal service and one-on-one training.

All training is available remotely using our online resources and live video conferencing.

This program shows how to launch a freelance career or transform it into a multi-person business. Renovate – More creative employees mean a more creative company
Enhance employee success with customized, one-on-one, or small group training. These aren't workshops that have little effect, but two to six weeks of coaching, using work your employees are doing.
