About

Can grief and loss be a service to success? I'm Jamee, a coach and public speaker. I have spent close to forty years navigating grief with the loss of my mother, sister and best friend. Despite my losses, I remain an optimistic person and have enjoyed success and joy in my life.

Jamee has to be one of the most influential coaches(and friend) in my life. Her approach to assisting me in my speaking abilities and acting skills was thorough and meticulous. She significantly helped me improve by taking small details about my performance or speech that I did not notice and pulling them apart. She is Stellar, and I have been blessed to have her as an experienced figure in my life ! More...

Jamee has been invaluable in my search to find the right place as I pivot careers. She combines a thoughtful strategy with provoking questions all the while remaining focused on my best interest. She is a gifted listener making me feel comfortable to confide in and learn about myself both professionally and personally. She has not only helped my career but also provided important insights into my most valued relationships. I highly recommend JL Coaching! More...

Working with Jamee made me realize that I'm not alone in my thinking- it's just about reframing challenges to find solutions. She was so helpful in making sense of my challenges and providing a road map for how I can design solutions that make sense for me and my goals. As I was transitioning in my career, I needed this guidance to really expand my executive presence and continue to grow in my company. More...

Q&As

Partnering up and giving back to others. Taking all I have learned through education and most of all my mistakes and help others navigate their lives.

I spent over twenty years in the entertainment industry and one necessary evil that is required to succeed is to focus solely yourself as the product. I came to realization one day that I wasn't exactly where I wanted to be anymore. What was I missing? The element of giving. I wanted to stop focusing only on me and start to give to others. The giving part of me was empty, so it was time for change.

I am a good choice because I am a true empath. I have an innate ability to put myself squarely in someone's else's viewpoint and provide guidance. Think of me as a torch further down the road shining a light for you.

I am solely online at the moment. I have remote clients all over the country. Eventually, I will return to in-person sessions for clients near my location.

COVID is the main reason that I am remote at the moment. Luckily, I have found that coaching online is just as efficient as in-person. The success to coaching and being coached is willingness and consistency.

Services

We begin with getting it all out. You don't have to articulate or even make sense. Releasing the negative audio that's been playing in your head for over a decade is sooo cathartic.

We go farther in life when we plant mile markers. Learn how to set achievable goals, both short term and long term. We spend our whole lives asking other people what they want or if they are okay. Why is it so hard to ask ourselves?

Engage in active role play to help navigate scenarios that hold us back.

Improvisational techniques to help promote positive outcomes to negative sticking points. Plowing through the "No's" with "Yes's."
