With tons of food truck options out there, one thing to keep in mind is reliability. That is something you never have to worry about with J&L BBQ and The Salad Bar food trucks. Not only is the food fresh and delicious, and the staff is friendly and fast paced, but we can always count on them to come on the dates we book with them months prior. Having a truck cancel last minute is a let down to a lot of staff and we never have to worry about that with J&L. Their smoked wings are amazing and The Salad Bar offers a fresh and healthy lunch option. This is hard review to write because I don't know what I like better, the ribs or the pulled pork. The BBQ here is just about the best you can get this far North. I haven't had BBQ ribs this good since I was in Kentucky. The pulled pork has a smokey flavor but it is also very juicy. I can't say enough about this place. Bravo! More...

The pulled pork is a 11/10!! This has got to be the best pulled pork around! you can’t beat it! You’d be hard pressed to find another BBQ joint that tastes like this. You need the sauce.

Great place. Arrived at closing time, but the woman serving us accommodated my family. The brisket was nice, juicy, tender. My wife loved the fries! Sadly, there was not high chairs for toddlers. Poor waitress was trying to close up as we ate as fast as we could. I felt selfish indulging on brisket (it's been more than two years since I've had good brisket). Our waitress cut up some brisket for my daughter, gave her some corn bread, and did her best to make a kid plate. That was awesome of her! Her service is why my family will go back again soon!
