Absolutely wonderful! Chef Vida is easy to work with and is extremely professional! She catered a large Mardi Gras theme birthday party for us and she did not disappoint. How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I try to please all. So many diffetent request I try to have a variety in all my suggestions so all can enjoy. The key is to talk one on one with client to determine what they may have in mind for their event.
What do you love most about your job?
Cooking and entertaining with the cuisine I grew up with. It's my passion to cook and as a former educator I am concerned about our youth. So within my business I set aside some of my proceeds to build a First Generation Scholarship Fund for students to attend college.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After catering for free as a hobby for 20 plus years! Then I realized when I grew up, I should have been doing this a long time ago!
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I am the real deal from Louisiana. Customer service is crucial and important to me. I cook with love from my soul.
