Jeremy + Mariko Wang | Cleaning

Jeremy and Jared were awesome!  We are putting our house on the market and needed some serious cleaning after the contractors made a huge mess. Due to a scheduling issue, we needed the place cleaned ASAP.  Our realtor recommended Jeremy and I called him not expecting him to be available for a while but he was able to work us into his schedule for the week even though it was on such short notice. He was extremely friendly and professional and was very responsive with both calls and emails. On the day of the cleaning, Jeremy and Jared showed up to our house on time and began right away. They did an amazing job! They cleaned up all the contractor dust throughout the house and did a wonderful job spiffing up the kitchen and bathrooms. I was pleasantly surprised they were able to remove the hard water deposits on the shower stall door. It looks fantastic now! The windows hadn't been cleaned in forever and were horribly dirty but once they had finished the windows looked like new again. The whole house is cleaner than it's been in years and is now ready to be put up for sale. We are very happy with and appreciative of the deep clean job that they did.Thank you Jeremy & Jared! Jeremy & Mariko did a phenomenal job today when they cleaned the condo we had recently moved into in Pasadena.  We are on the 2nd floor and they found a way to clean the windows without having to bother the neighbors below.  The glass and shutters are now spotless, clear and shining.  They cleaned every area of the condo; powder bath to kitchen with great care and attention.  Their integrity is evident in their focus to clean everything thoroughly and their interest to make sure we were pleased with their work before leaving. Jeremy and his partner are the nicest guys ever.  Jeremy was very timely with emails and professional over the phone.  He was very helpful in giving me advice on when I should schedule and I already felt trust.  I felt comfortable leaving my home to them as I ran errands.  I had them do the move in/move out clean, shower doors and stove/range.   It was quite filthy, so I wish I did a before and after picture, so you see the obvious difference in our showers and sinks.  We had water stains that were there for probably 15 years and this sticky glue I couldn't take off.  I also noticed that they cleaned extra areas we didn't discuss, and I appreciated that so much! I have hired Jeremy and his crew to come and help me do a general cleaning for the house that we rented. We have lived there for 6 years and needed to leave the place that will satisfy our landlord so I can get my full deposit  back. I was very satisfy to see the result after they have done their job. Then came the walk through from my landlord, he called me and asked if I can asked Jeremy to redo the shower's door because of the soap scum and the kitchen's exhaust fan. I called Jeremy right away and asked him if he could coordinate with the landlord to redo what he was requesting. I was very impressed that Jeremy was able to do it today and reported to me that the landlord was happy and mentioned that he will mail the full deposit check.  Now, I am looking forward to receive the check soon. Jeremy and Jared did a move out clean for my 20th story Downtown LA condo overlooking Staples Center. They washed the windows, and deep cleaned my fridge and stove. Here is the amazing part you won't believe. Jeremy and Jared came across $20,000 worth of $100 bills that were inadvertently left in a paper bag...and they returned it to me... can you believe that? Jeremy & Mariko Wang Cleaning is phenomenal!  My wife and I purchased our first home near the end of last year.  The house had been lived in for a good 50 years.  Therefore, it was due for a good, deep cleaning.Upon contacting Jeremy & Mariko, I received a response super quickly, which got the process rolling.  After sending Jeremy some photos of the fridge I needed cleaned, he quoted me an AMAZING price.  I decided to also have our shower deep cleaned.  Jeremy was very flexible and worked with my work schedule to accommodate me.  His team came and was very efficient and thorough.  They went above and beyond my expectations. The fridge was spotless, and the shower was immaculate (he ended up cleaning the whole bathroom, WOW!). I first met Jeremy when he cleaned a new house that I was moving into.  I was thoroughly impressed by his quick, consistent communication throughout the process, as well as his guarantee to come back to redo anything should we request it. Jeremy and Jared did an amazing job on my house. I just did a full renovation on my house except the windows. The windows have not been clean for years and it looked as good as new! They steamed my carpets, wiped my floors and appliances, cleaned the restrooms and probably much more. I'm happy with their service. Jeremy was quick to reply to emails and very professional upon meeting him the day of cleaning. You know how one day you look at your significant other and say "We should really get to cleaning the bathroom and the stove" and she says "next week"? Not a problem, unless that happens 32 weeks in a row! That's where these guys come in.Although they normally do "move in, move out" if it makes sense they'll do furnished places as well. And man, am I glad I called them. By the time Jeremy was done with our bathroom, I swear it looked cleaner than when we actually moved in. Same with the stove. He even was able to deep clean our carpet. Now, if I made a habit of this, I'd be in trouble. At around $300 (prices vary), they aren't cheap. Then again, they aren't your typical housecleaning service that does your light touch dusting and cleaning. They go deep. So, if you've got a challenging job, call them. You won't be disappointing.P.S. I can also say he stands by his word because when he told me "If you need anything else, just call" and we did and by darn it he came back and did touch up work. I didn't actually use their service. I tried, but I was too far out of their service area. However, Jeremy's customer service was nothing short of amazing. He offered to help me in any way he could. I found a service in my area and asked him what he thought. He spent about 5 thoughtful emails going back and forth regarding this other service - scope of work, price, etc. He even provided a quote if he were to do the job. Lastly, he gave me advice on what to look out for (bonded, licensed, and legitimate tax payer). I really wish I would have been in his service area, but I thank him anyways for the much needed help! So, yesterday I moved into a newly renovated guest house on an historical property, and everything is beautiful, except I literally couldn't see through the dirt on the exterior of the windows.  This afternoon I looked up window cleaning in Pasadena and Jeremy & Mariko Wang Cleaning popped up. I called, and I kid you not, a half hour later Jeremy and Jared are here, as we speak, washing my windows.  How often does that happen?! They are both extremely pleasant, Jeremy's quote is beyond reasonable, and he even threw in extra things gratis.  Oh, and the windows look amazing too!  It's mind blowing how clean they are.  These folks are a gem.  I've been working on this house for months, with a lot of different vendors, contractors etc. and never came across such lovely people.  CALL THEM NOW!  You won't be disappointed.
