What’s your signature dish?
My homemade Alfredo is one of my signature dishes. I give clients the option to add multiple and different options on their Alfredo (i.e. chicken, lamb, steak, shrimp, clams, scallops, mussels, etc).
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
To create the perfect menu for my clients, I go into detail of what each client likes/dislikes and all the dietary restrictions or allergies they may have. I make sure that each menu option fits each clients wants and needs entirely!
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to create meals that people would never think they could have (mostly because of restrictions) and make clients happy is what I love most about my job. The simple "I never would have thought I could eat this! Thank you so much for making me love food again!" is what I love to hear from each of my clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My wife actually inspired me to start. She saw, from my tenure at Johns Hopkins University, that I had the ability to create menus from the craziest of allergies/dietary limitations and was able to do so without hesitation. I never thought it as something that would help people love food again, I was just doing my job. My wife made me come to the realization that I had a passion for making people remember what it was like to enjoy foods they haven't had in years.

Clients should choose to work with my wife and I because we will make sure that your event/dinner/meal preparations are everything you dreamed and more. We cater to each client, and their parties!

The services that we can provide online are: menu consultation and purchases for seasoning and salad dressings.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The changes that we have made, due to Covid-19, is allowing customer the option have food dropped off instead of cooking in their homes. We still love to give the experience of a home cooked, chef prepared meal, but we will all drop off foods, if necessary. In the case that we have clients that would like a in-home catered dinner, we make sure that we have mask on the whole time of service.
