Jays Limousine Service

We utilized Jay's Limosuine service for our wedding day, we needed two limo's one for the groom and groomsmen and another for the bride and bridesmaids. We had 16 people in our wedding party including the bride and groom therefore we needed to have a large enough limo to fit all of us. Jay's had SUV limos that would fit all of our guests, I read some of the reviews online and people had complained that the carpets in the limo's were dirty and that was the worst complaint I read so I decided to go with them. The service we received from the drivers was amazing, they sent me a text to let me know what their number was and the drivers name and that I could call them to let them know when the bridal party was ready to be picked up. The drivers were very helpful and they stopped to allow us to go and buy some champange and also suggested radio stations that we would like. I don't really have any complaints about this company other than I didn't hear from them for quite some time after I made the reservation but once it got closer to the wedding date they did confirm with me the pick up location and times. We used Jay's for a board meeting that took place over a few days with different stops in Honolulu. Jay and his staff could not have been more accommodating for us. I was setting everything up for my boss from the East Coast and went in pretty blind as to locations and traffic, and Jay made sure to touch base with me personally to clarify and recommend a few things. My boss reported back to me that the limos were always prompt, the drivers were extremely friendly and helpful, and that everyone was able to work with him once they were on the island and had a few schedule snafus pop up. Mr. Lee at Jay's limo is the best. They allow you to make your own tour. Tell them the places you want to see and eat and they will bring your there with no problem. Mr. Lee suggested the best places and knows all the history of Hawaii. He took us to the best side road fruit, coconut, and best fried banana lumpia just like grandma my grades used to fry.   Mr Lee took us to the best shrimp place "Fumi." Last Saturday May 23,  I hired Jay's Limo to take my sister, brother-in-law and i for a tour of Oahu. Mike our driver was on time, early actually, and gave us a great tour. Mike was very knowledgeable, funny, courteous and helpful. He knew the places to go especially for photo ops. After some of the reviews I was worried about using Jay's. They have the best prices. Jay's Limo is a reliable, inexpensive, and friendly company.  The only downfall is that their limousines are outdated.  If you are ok with a limo that is old, everything else was top notch.  I made the reservation via telephone and didn't have any problems.  Jay is always available to answer questions.  You can bring your own alcohol in the limo.  I think our driver's name was Dewayne.  He was incredibly nice and helpful.  It made the whole experience even better.  He never rushed us and was super friendly.  He's a great asset to the company.  Overall, 5 stars for service!!!  Minus one star for the old limo.  Would definitely do business with again! Jay's Limo has some good and bad things. Jay was very accommodating and the price isn't too bad. They came in a timely manner too. We had Lee as our limo driver from the house to the church. He was professional and friendly to us. He didn't rush us or anything. We originally paid for a 10-seater suv limo but got a 16-seater. We were excited because we were actually able to fit everyone...it was great at first but from the church to the reception place, the A/C was broken. Lee tried to fix it and offered another limo to come and pick us up but we said it was ok because it would have taken an extra hour. Also something in the limo fell apart and my groomsmen just pushed it back in. I really wasn't too mad about it because we got from Point A to Point B safely and that's all that mattered to me. After the reception, we also hired Jay for a sedan to bring us to our rental house. I can't remember the driver's name but he was great! Again, we got an upgrade from sedan to SUV and this time it was worth it! It made up for the suv limo. Again, our driver was great...he was pretty fun too! Very reasonable and very professional. We were able to book their services online which made it very easy. Our driver's name and phone number was texted to us the morning of the wedding. He showed up on time and was very nice. After the ceremony, since we didnt have too long of a drive to our reception venue our driver took us on a scenic tour of celebrity homes before we headed back to the hotel. I hired Jay's Limousine service for our wedding day. They promptly picked the bridal party and I up at the hotel and dropped us off at the chapel. Jeff was our driver and called me to make sure our meeting place was set 10 mins prior to the time we were supposed to meet us. He was friendly and had everything ready for us. After dropping us off, he went back to the hotel and got the guys and brought them to the chapel.During the ceremony, he patiently waited for our party and then took all of us to the reception. He was professional and courteous. The limo however was a little outdated, but still clean. He offered us bottled waters. Quality of Service: For transportation for the wedding party, it was great. The driver knew exactly where everything was, where to park, and waited exactly where he needed to to pick us up on time and drop us off.

Responsiveness: I booked them about a month before my wedding and they were quick to respond to my request with a reasonable quote (less than 24 hours), which made this processes painless.

Professionalism: I got a text the morning of our wedding with the Limo driver's name and number. He knew the area well and was able to wait until we were ready and find parking no matter what. He was great and accommodating!

Value: It was the best value that I could find for a limo. They had multiple sizes to choose and they had amazing prices. They got the job done and it was amazing.

We were in Honolulu for only 4 hours between flights and wanted to visit the two campuses of Hawaii Pacific University. Jay's Limo Service was awesome and our driver Lee was perfect. He greeted us outside the airport with a Lincoln Navigator and was able to tell us a lot about the area we were headed to, the windward side of Oahu, as he grew up there. We saw the Loa Campus of HPU, went to the town where Mr. Lee grew up and got a great sense for the area. He then took us downtown to HPU's campus and was so accommodating, dropping us off right next to Fort St. He got us back to the airport in plenty of time and was simply a perfect guide for our short tour. We went with Jay's limo as a shuttle service to bring our guests from the reception area to the ceremony and back. The driver was prompt and on time and he was really nice! Excellent service and great price.  I'm so glad I went with Jay's Limo service instead of a different company to drive my wedding party to our ceremony. To begin, when I reserved the cars, I was thinking that I needed 2 limos (one to pick up the groom and one for the bride) but they would be at different times.  When I spoke with Jay, he helped me figure out that I really only needed one limo.  He would have the limo pick up the ladies, drop them off and then go pick up the men and bring them to the ceremony.  At first I was a bit skeptical since if they were late for one pick up the second pick up would be late too, but I decided to go for it since there was some elbow room in our timeline and it would be half the price for one limo only.Our driver (I believe his name was Norman) arrived 5 minutes before our scheduled time and we were out the door.  Even though there was a lot of traffic on the way to the venue due to a rodeo at Kualoa Ranch we made it in good time.  I wanted a specific CD to be playing when my fiance and his groomsmen got in the limo and Norman was nice enough to make sure that was playing when the guys got in.  I'm sure they battled traffic on the way back, but they made it with plenty of time to spare.  I would definitely use their service again! I have used Jays Limousine service at least 4 superset visits to Oahu. I have always used because of there great rates and excellent service. I have rented all there different vehicles for different times and was pleased with all.  There service is top notch.  They deliver on all aspects of there commitments.  This last trip 9/27-10/3 I used for airport arrival and departure. I also had booked a tour of island with some friends to see the sites.  I grew up on Oahu and was pleased to learn a few things and to be reminded of some great memories from the past.  I would recommend and request Jeff as a driver. He was great. He made us all feel like "ohana" and was asking us about our trip.  It was just like driving around and "talking story" as we used to say.  If you are looking for great rates, great service, for yourself or a family, i highly recommend this company. I hired Jay to take my parents to the airport and bring them back home after their trip to the mainland.  The reservations were confirmed in advance, the drivers were waiting early/on time.  My parents did not have to lift a bag.  The airline and driver coordinated their airport arrival, and everything went very smoothly.  Rate was reasonable and service was excellent.  I will definitely use Jay's service on my next trip to HNL. Face it, you can't swing a green papaya without hitting a limo in Honolulu.  You have choices.  I would recommend Jay.I needed reliable transportation to/from the airport for a 2-week international vacation.  I just knew that I wouldn't want to deal with a cab at either 5am headed out or after a full 24-hours in airports/on planes on my return.  After checking, cross-checking and getting a few estimates, I hired Jay.  The on-line reservation form is geared for tourists and not locals but by the time I had the form submitted and actually spoke to Jay, I was a bit more assured.  The service was as advertised.  The drivers were friendly, punctual and accommodating.  I was put in contact with my drivers on both the departure and return, so communication was optimum.  All in all, I was very happy with the service and will contract with them again. We hired Jay's limousine for our wedding in October to pick up the groom & groomsmen, bring them to the ceremony site, and go back to pick up the bride & bridesmaids to bring them to the ceremony since we wanted to arrive separately. Used Jay's Limousine Service for 2 airport pick-ups and a full-day tour of Oahau.  Absolutely great.  We were a family group of 6, ages 23-85, with 3 vegetarians.  Ruben our driver was awesome, took us to great places, got us all to where we needed to be right on time, and accommodated all of our quirks without becoming bent out of shape.  Will keep their number and never go any other way when in Honolulu.  Price was much less than Robert's Hawaii as well! We decided to go with Jay's Limousine after having a great experience with them for a friend's bachelorette party. We procrastinated on booking a limo and so, other limo services were limited in selection; leaving the more expensive limos left. Jay's fleet had the perfect size limo at a reasonable price (about $20-$30/hour or so less than the other services). We received quick responses during the booking process.
