Noel arrived a little late but he communicated it in and advance and arrived shortly after. He was worth the wait and also cleaned another small rug for free. 1. Made me leave my work because he lost his keys when he had them in his pockets the whole time
2. The whole back and forth between home and work - cost me 100 dollars in cabs
3. He’s rude, insensitive and has poor communication skills
4. Overcharged me horribly - 200 plus tax! Plus demanded a tip for a 2 seater sofa not stained. Just cleaning for maintenance
5. It took him 20 min to clean my sofa and the job was sloppy and bad. I could have done a better job.

Needed wall to wall carpet deep cleaned before a client move in day, and Noel really came through for us. He was able to get the existing carpets that was a bit worn and very dirty looking almost brand new!
He was very diligent on the stubborn areas as well. An overall great service.
As a heads-up, he didn't accept cards at the time of our service, which didn't prove to be a problem for us, but wanted to inform future customers so they're prepared.

Wonderful experience with Noel! He was able to respond to my request within the hour and showed up just a few hours after that to clean my mattress. If I could, I would have chosen all 5 options above. I moved into this NYC brownstone just before lock down, so all repairs were postponed. Our living room carpet was an atrocity. Years of someone spilling coffee regularly had left it looking grim. Stains are gone! He even went on hands and knees to get the stubborn cat hair from out of the stairs (darn cats - clean up after yourselves already! 😹).
