In partnership with HPF Pittsburgh, a gym preferred by UFC fighters, I use years of experience and the latest technology to help my clients become the strongest version of themselves. First and foremost I listen to my clients. Even the fastest cab driver isn't helpful is you're dropped off on the wrong end of town, and its the same with fitness. We will get clear about what you want to get out of a fitness program, and exactly what it will take to get you there!

Definition, dedication, and patience. Definition because you need to get clear and define in writing what "the body of your dreams" is, dedication because you need to overcome the struggle to get there, and patience because good things take time.

I love seeing peoples face when they realize they're actually making progress. Theres something so fulfilling when you see a client actual start to believe that its working! I'm actually doing this!

Helping people develop health habits and goals is what drove me to work with HPF. I want you to hit your goals, and I also want you to improve your quality of life in every way!

Because I will actually listen to you. There are a lot of people who are professionals, and good people, but if they won't listen to you they can't help you. I will listen to you and then use my experience and knowledge to help get you where you want to be!

I do offer online consulting and workout plans, depending on the situation and goals.

Staff are fully vaccinated and we typically don’t have more than 4-6 people in the gym in a given hour allowing us to provide quality safe service.

Services

All sessions redeemed within that month, typically on a once per week schedule

We build your program for you, and you access it either through our desktop site or app. Exercises have “how to” videos to show you proper form, and we check in to see how you’re responding to the prescribed training. Subscribe now and get $25.00 off!
