I'm so surprised there aren't more reviews! My laptop crapped out on me at about 4 pm on a Thursday (after spending 3 whole days with the geek squad who told me it was fine) with a Friday at noon deadline! I called Jtech and after some trouble shooting, they sent someone right over! He was professional and expedient! He let me know that I had managed to get some kind of virus, and he fixed it on the spot. I was back up and running in no time! I haven't had any problems since!
