Hypnotherapy is an effective way to empower yourself to create positive change in your life. We all have within us the resources to make a difference in our life, though sometimes we are just too occupied mentally to be fully aware of what we are capable of. How we perceive the current situation is the key on how to create an ideal outcome. Hypnotherapy can help you view issues through a different angle, thus creating a new perspectice for making the change that you want to have in your life.

Everyone can benefit from Hypnotherapy because it works on improving the mind through a natural, yet altered state. This state helps you realize the "root cause" of some beliefs that are restricting you from being present or doing what you want to do. Some restrictions may be chronic pain, stress, a fear, a phobia or a habit that does not support you in your life positively.

Sessions usually run between 60-90 minutes. Regression therapy sessions run for 120 minutes. Based upon your goal, we will discuss how many sessions you may need to achieve it. Most goals need between 3-7 sessions. Sessions can be done in person, online, or by phone. The following are the type of goals or issues I work with.
