What do you love most about your job?
Coaching is not a job for me, it's my purpose. My purpose in life is to create successful outcomes through self-awareness, motivation and transformation, and stand with others in their journey toward greatness.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I founded Jackson Consulting Group, LLC after years of seeing my transformative results and positive outcomes from serving others who wrestled with crisis, problem solving and often times unexpected challenges requiring immediate action. Helping others achieve success with my expertise and supportive applications is what drives me to support individuals, growing organizations and decision makers. I have helped many executives achieve successful outcomes and curated creative solutions to achieve strategic objectives in support of managers and emerging leaders across the country and political spectrum.
