“Even coaches need coaching, and as a professional leader coach myself, I couldn’t ask for a more capable trusted advisor than Jackie Schwabe. She combines tact, candor, experience and insight with the patience of a saint to help me focus, prioritize, and plow through roadblocks. I leave every coaching session with her thinking, ‘That was one of the most valuable hours of my week.’” — Cliff W. Gilmore, PhD, CEO, North of Center More...

Jackie compassionately, but relentlessly, helps you chase down and address the limiting beliefs that are keeping you stuck in the rut of “I should have” and “why can’t I” thinking. I got off the phone this morning, dumbstruck at beliefs I hadn’t been aware I was holding as true. Jackie helped me confront those beliefs with understanding and brutal honesty. Her follow up throughout the week keeps the momentum going and energy high. If you are looking for a coach to keep your feet to the fire with your goals, confront your false beliefs and liberate your ideal self, she’s your girl!! More...

Q&As

I spent 20 years in healthcare IT in the software integration space. While connecting the over 2,000 systems together in my career was rewarding, it wasn't making the directly impact that I wanted to make on the world. As a parent of four children, one with special needs, I found I wanted to help others find the balance that I was able to find so they could enjoy both work and home life. What I love the most about my job is the ability to help others find the greatness within themselves. Everyone is destined to be great, they just haven't had the right coach to guide them on their path to greatness.

In 2013 I thought my life fell apart. I worked 60 or more hours a week. I was expecting my fourth child. Then I found out my daughter had an autism diagnosis. I lost my job. My Mom nearly died. Both of my dogs died, and I just hit rock bottom. I had to find a way out of the hole I was in and still earn a living, take care of my children, be at home for therapy every day for my daughter, and somehow still take care of myself. I was able to start a software business called MindLight that creates software for family caregivers, but I wanted to also help more directly. So in addition to my software development company, I started my coaching business after getting all kinds of certifications to make sure I was qualified to help others.

Clients should work with someone they know, like, and trust. If we meet and we have a good rapport, then they should choose me. If we meet and it isn't a good fit, then I am happy to help refer them to someone that might be a better fit. Clients should work with me if they want to do the work to get the life they desire. I cannot do it for them, I can only help them guide the way to their own greatness.

Clients should always select someone that gives them a fair price for an exceptional service. I feel that I provide a high level of value to my clients and if they feel the same way, we should work together.
