Initially, I started with Jaci a couple years ago in her fitness class and was so impressed with your routine and her ability to change things around so we are never bored and always challenged.
After being in the class for about a year, I began a personal training program twice a week. She selects exercises appropriate for strength and age while keeping it fresh and motivating. Jack is always cheerful, helpful and interested in how you are feeling in each session. I've made great progress in my overall strength, flexibility, and endurance. Jaci has an impressive educational background which shows in the personal training she structures individually. Jaci has helped me to dramatically improve my day to day fitness and overall health!

I've been seeing Jaci for about 5 years. Before I met her, I would spend up to 2 hours working out without seeing any results.
Soon after I began working with her, my efforts paid off in half of the time!
I hired Jaci because I wanted someone who had actual credentials; her education background is related to health and fitness. She has a very easy going personality, and will cheerfully motivate you throughout your workout. She demonstrates the exercises that she has customized to your goals, and switches up your exercises so it stays interesting. One of my favorites is putting on the boxing gloves and hitting the pads. I had never done anything like that before, and found myself laughing throughout my first try because it was so fun.
Jaci can come to your home, and she brings the necessary equipment with her. I now know which exercises to do if I want to stay fit on my own, but I keep seeing Jaci because she holds me accountable. I know I'm going to workout if I schedule her, but without her, I'd probably skip it.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I set time to do an initial free consultation. I have a regimen of questions to ask each person. This allows me to get to know the client more and this helps me "mold" their fitness program so it is individualized for them. One way does not work for everyone!
I also do routine fitness assessments every few weeks to see how the progress is going for the client.
What do you love most about your job?
I love working with people and sharing my fitness knowledge to others!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always wanted to work for me! Being an independent personal trainer is tough, but following my heart has helped in so many ways.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am an honest and down to earth trainer. I challenge each client to push to their limit, but I also listen and change the program so it works for each client when they need it.
