OMG! I was so surprised! First of, I didnt even know we were having this till I see a stranger trying to cook in my kitchen lol. . Turns out hubby hired them to surprise me for my birthday! What’s your signature dish?
My signature dish is cajun pasta. It is tricolor rotini noodles smothered in a homemade cajun alfredo sauce topped with andouille sausage, chicken breast, succulent shrimp, and veggies. It's to die for!
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I ask my clients and dislikes, food aversions, allergies, and favorites. From there, I create a draft menu. We work together to make any edits until we've reached the perfect menu.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing the smile on people's faces as they enjoy good food with their loved ones.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Losing my daughter (stillbirth) inspired me to start my business. Cooking has always been my passion. I went to culinary school, created this business, and named it after her to keep her memory alive.

Cliets should choose me because I am professional and treat each client with care. I provide delicious meals using quality ingredients. Everything I touch is with love and care.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We sanitize and disinfect constantly. If masks are preferred, we don't have a problem accomodating. I keep myself healthy so that I can keep my customers healthy.
