J-Rocks Boxing takes pride in being the only private boxing gym with an onsite pool for aquatic workouts. In addition, our clients also enjoy weekly meal plans, healthy food cooked in our onsite full kitchen, mobile phone app, access to cryotherapy/deep tissue massages, and a variety of body contouring services to melt away fat.

J-Rock is more than just a fitness trainer. Before you get started in drills and all the fun stuff. He teaches you the fundamentals of how to do each technique properly. He teaches you the outcome of throwing a punch, bobbing and weaving etc. Once you learn the basics it slowly starts to progress into more enhanced movements until the basics become a normal thing. Even when you watch a fight on TV you find yourself looking at the basic fundamentals he teaches you. I lost 20 lbs in 3 months working with J-Rock. He plans out your fitness goals and where you want to be and the required discipline needed to get there. Beginners or those with prior experience he does great I definitely recommend! More...

Jamian is by far one of the best coaches that I've trained with. He dedicates individual attention to all his clients. He provided me with a meal plan specifically tailored to me, he texts me asking how my progress is doing and pushes me to achieve my goals. \

I absolutely love the pool workouts and boxing trainings. I recommend J-Rock's trainings to everyone that may just be looking for a fun way to get in shape (like myself) or even well-trained athletes looking to get some serious training as well as injured friends that may need the pool workouts as means for recovery.

Our boxing classes are the perfect combination of fast-paced cardio, strength training, and technique development, designed to help you develop your stamina, agility, and body strength. In addition to learning proper form, footwork, and ways to maximize the power in your punches, J-Rock has developed energizing workouts that are guaranteed to keep you engaged and on target to meeting your fitness goals. If your primary workout goal is to lose weight, the amount of calories burned during your workout is an important consideration. You will burn between 780 and 1000 calories in a 60-minute boxing workout, depending on the exact activities in a given session. This is 2 times more calories than you would burn lifting weights, dancing or doing low-impact aerobics.

Come to one of our Ladies Only Boxing classes every Saturday from 8am-2pm and Sunday from Noon-4pm! Also, don't forget our Ladies Night Boxing on Wednesday nights from 6-9pm.

Boxing is approximately 80% anaerobic and 20% aerobic, which is why I include interval training along with cardio and weight training. This program combines strength, power, speed, agility and quickness all into one to ensure you're a well-balanced fighter and ready for anything. The programs overall goal is to burn body fat, build lean muscle, and change overall body composition to that of a boxer (lean, aesthetic, strong, and agile). Transformation package is customizable to target areas such as growing glutes, six pack abs, etc.

If you're not looking to become a boxer, you will still need all these things for self-defense. It can also help you become a better athlete in your sport. The program also includes 2-3 sessions per week of boxing/aquatic workouts, meal plans, and weekly check-ins.

Yes we offer Online/Remote training options via our mobile app! J-Rocks Boxing Team will review where you are and determine what you need to do to get to your goal and devise a plan for your transformation process. This program is like the One-to-One Accountability we offer for all in-person members with the J-Rocks Boxing Team just for online training. You will have your own account dashboard to sign in and check in with our Transformation Team leaders periodically to be evaluated. You will also be able to upload pictures to document your progress. It also includes detailed workout routines for inside and outside the gym, given in the same format as our in-person small group training classes. Also included are
Private workout videos that give you detailed information about each exercise. As well as periodic exclusive video updates for J-Rocks Boxing Members to help on your journey. Flexible Meal Planning included to reduce likelihood of boredom with meal options (updated on a as needed basis) and guidelines on how to get the best results from the program.

Our staff is fully vaccinated, masks are provided if requested, and our location is cleaned/sanitized throughout the week.

Pool (aquatic) exercise provides many benefits, including an ideal environment to exercise throughout the year. The buoyancy of the water supports a portion of your body weight making it easier to move in the water and improve your flexibility. The water also provides resistance to movements, which helps to strengthen muscles.

Pool exercises can also improve agility, balance, and cardiovascular fitness. Many types of conditions greatly benefit from pool exercise, including arthritis, fibromyalgia, back pain, joint replacements, neurological, and balance conditions. The pool environment also reduces the risk of falls when compared to exercise on land.
