Nicole is the best! She was recommened by a friend who knows I am a super picky bakery person- being from N.Y. Despite being super busy she was able to accommodate our wedding date because of our moving situation (out of the country and coming from nyc to sc to get married). We had a cake tasting which was amazing. She has two different kinds of frosting available (which we didn't ask for but being such a good baker she knew people would have different taste). My husband is a "less sugar is more" kind of person and he did not complain at all trying all the requested types of cake and its frosting. I was so surprised. He ended up picking out our entire cake- Lol it was one of the fun moments of wedding planning. I didn't mind one flavor cake, but he thought a different flavor for every layer (3 layers) would be best. We loved the oreo with vanilla bean buttercream, red velvet with cream cheese buttercream (this was a guest favorote) and the lemon cake with vanilla bean buttercream and lemon curd filling ( More...
