The secret to great photography is proper lighting. Many photographers are intimidated in using flash outside and only consider themselves natural light photographers. iStudio 901 looks at this subject differently. We place lighting when and where needed to bring out the beauty of our subjects. Unless we are fixing blemishes, most of our photos do not need to be edited in Lightroom or Photoshop. What inspired you to start your own business?
I grew up with a brother who was a photographer and videographer. I admired his work as a child, young adult, and as a fellow photographer and videographer. I loved the way he worked the crowds to get those perfect smiles and to bring out the happiness of people. My brother was and is still my role model, and I want to take my passion learned from him to the next level. Opening a studio with four other photographers with the same passion has been a blessing in disguise. Now I live, eat, and sleep photography. Heck I even dream about photography sessions. My inspirations are the smiles and happy faces that I help to freeze in time!
