Ismael is a fantastic photographer who is professional and detail-oriented. I find him very talented with his work on lighting and creating an ambience and style for the shoot. I have worked with him for 2 shoots, a vintage style tango dance shoot and a goddess romantic maternity shoot and he is a delight to work with! What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Being natural. Fake smiles and over-posing can look stilted and insincere. The key to a good session is to relax and try not to force things. Music also helps you get out of your head.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What kind of look or emotion do you want me to highlight? Who or what are the images for (new job, a dating profile, to capture a special moment in time?)
