I've trained with Greg for 2 years. I started with personal training, one-on-one, hour long sessions, and then incorporated group fitness and boot camp classes as well. Greg is a great motivator and challenges you to always strive to push our personal boundaries to new heights. The workouts are tough, but they keep you on track and they are tailored to your individual needs.He ensures that technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. His nutrition plan and regime are stellar and give amazing results. He is reliable and punctual, always set up and ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. I have been working with Greg for some time now. I am stronger mentally and physically. Through Greg's guidence i have learned my training 'is a process' and yes i can do this, it's all up to me. Greg's knowledge and attention to safety got me started. I have been working out with Greg for almost 4 years. At the start, I was a physical wreck. I could barely get off the couch most days. I was having problems breathing and because of that I had gained 50 lbs. My GP just kept prescribing antibiotics and sending me home. When I finally had enough and took control of my health my first call was to an allergy Dr. and my second call was to my old gym to see if they had any trainers. I made an appointment with Greg and it was the smartest thing I could have done. His knowledge and enthusiasm helped me to redefine my diet and got me active again. I lost 37lbs. Turns out muscle does weigh more than fat so I didn't have to lose as much weight as I thought I would. My health took another dive 18 months ago. I was diagnosed with sarcoidosis, a lung disorder. Through it all and to this day Greg has been supportive and tailors our sessions to my abilities and still finds ways to push me to the next level. I worked with Greg 2 times a week for about 2 years. What separates him from other trainers was his willingness to work along side of me. Once a week he would challenge me with different strengthening and weight workouts, while our other session was dedicated to cardio. Greg knew that I wasn't completing cardio on my own, but since he shared my goal of getting in shape, he worked it into our sessions. Every week he and I would run to the track, work on various endurance skills, then run back to the gym. Knowing that he was working with me, helped motivate myself to work hard. Throughout my life I have exercised, but I was never compelled to exert myself. However, that all changed four years ago when I met Greg Moreau. Greg truly changed my mindset about exercise in a positive fashion. While training me, he has helped me increase my endurance, exert myself and push me far beyond my limits. It was an honor to work with Greg when he was the Director of Personal Training. Greg is extremely knowledgeable and has experience with a variety of training modalities that range from clients that are extremely capable young and athletic, to clients with limited range of motion and capabilities, such as someone recovering from a surgery. I have been doing small group training with Greg for a few years now. I have say that he is by far one of the best trainers I have ever had. He knows his stuff and pushes me to my limits. Focused on helping and showing me how to do things the right way so I get results. I never know what to expect when showing up for class because it's always different, never boring! I worked with Greg over a year ago. My goal was to to make subtle lifestyle changes to support a healthier lifestyle that would translate into weight loss. I do not like going to a traditional gym nor do I have the time. When we started my weight would fluctuate from 240-265. While I still have some work to do, I am now able to maintain 215-220lbs. Two years ago, I was in pain most days, having multiple issues with my back and chest. Some days I couldn't get out of bed. I pushed myself to return to exercise but knew I should do so with guidance. I started training with Greg in March of 2016. I've never been stronger or felt better. He started me slowly and has pushed me farther then I ever imagined I could go, safely. I'm turning 48 soon and feel amazing.
