Open Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 2 PM, in the *lower level* of the Frost Bank building. Take elevator down to level G, or wander around looking confused for 10 minutes like we did - the choice is yours . Well worth the search though! Food is fresh; service is calm, personalized, and friendly. We had breakfast which offers plant-based options as well as standard fare. First off this is within an office building with no signage visible from the street. Had a hard time finding it. I ordered the veggie tacos as they sounded good and an empanadaService was friendly and me food was prepared after I ordered it. I am not really a vegan and eat Paleo/Keto ish, but wanted to give this a try.I was not disappointed! Excellent flavor and crunch. Everything made at this cafe is delicious and flavorful! My favorite is their Latin Meshi with chicken. They also have blended smoothies and can add a shot of protein to boost energy. Try the mango pro!

I work in Callaghan Tower where this cafe is located. So happy to have it because the food is absolutely delightful. The potato spinach and non-dairy cheese tacos are my favorite morning meal. The chef also makes splendid salsas- both taste great. I haven’t had a single dish I didn’t like. The food at Infusa is so delicious that I think about it on the weekends when I’m not at work! I have enjoyed several dishes from the original to now plant based menus. I am in no way a vegan, but trying the new plant based dishes has been an eye opening experience. New favorites are the Spinach, Potato and Vegan cheese tacos and the Power burger. And I cannot forget to mention the Creamy jalapeno sauce.
