This isn't your stereotypical CrossFit box. These coaches care about form and more importantly, about you as a person. It's a respectful and fun community full of people from all ages and abilities. I have been a client of Industrial Athletics / CrossFit Alloy since day one, and have been incredibly satisfied with their service. I work out during the 5:30 evening session, although I am glad to have the flexibility to attend any of the other classes (6am, noon, 6:30pm on weekdays.)Each of the coaches with whom I work is knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Tony has given me a lot of personalized help with olympic lifting and mobility issues that I've had, and Steph has been the one to push me through workouts that I just didn't think I could finish. They're both great at keeping me motivated and at making sure I get a full hour of intense training.Industrial Athletics is in a great location with plenty of free parking. The equipment is new, the space is large enough to accommodate big classes, and the spirit of the place as much a community of friends as it is hardcore training facility. More...
