My first time eating off of this food truck occured at the 1st Foodtruck Friday of the season at Roger Williams Park. I was actually really excited to try their food. Unfortunately, RI is lacking in healthier fast food options. When I went to Boston I saw a bunch or salad/juice bar chains called Sweet Green. I wish there were more options here than Subway or Whole Foods but I digress. The food here was delicious. I got their asian rice bowl and tropical smoothie. The rice bowl was perfect. It tasted very Japanese like to me with the seaweed and sesame seed bits. The man working was able to keep it vegetarian for me. The smoothie was so good! I had a craving tonight for that smoothie and when I went and got an alternative choice, it just didn't feel taste quite the same. I only wished he would sell bigger versions!
