My family and I have been seeing Kim for over 8 years and her partner Sheri for a while and have never once had a bad experience with them or the office staff. They are very professional. We are very happy with the service we have received. Sheri would take our son outside and play catch with him while talking with him about things and would do puzzles with both our children. Mrs. Kim Palmer is a blessing in my life. She was able to connect with our kids in a way no other therapist has been able to do. She made our family stronger and helped my children to communicate in a more loving respectful manner. Mrs.Kim Palmer has also been able to help me to let other people in my life after so much mental emotional and physical abuse from my past. Kim has helped guide me and my family in to trusting again. I've gone to In Tune Counseling & Coaching for over 6 years now, and find it easy to schedule appointments through text or by leaving a message. Once or twice I have not received a response, but when I called or texted back, they were sincerely apologetic, and are always warm towards me & my kids. The whole staff is delightful and make us feel good whenever we walk in the door! I never though counseling could be such a positive experience. The therapists here work diligently for the sake of their clients; Kim, Niki, and Sheri will always put the well-being of their clients ahead of everything else. They will take time out of their already packed schedules to see as many clients as possible, with the goal in mind of always helping. The facility is always in a state of comfort, making clients feel at ease when coming in to receive the help they need. In Tune strives to protect people's sensitive information at all costs, adhering to all HIPAA guidelines, and protecting confidential notes and information. This place has got to be the best place I have ever been too hands down. Everyone in the office is very professional and handles situations professionally and with class and respect. They are always so warm and inviting and they make each visit easier and effortless each time that I'm there.
