Gregg is an extraordinarily skilled EFT/tapping practitioner. Soft spoken and gentle with a warm heart and sense of humor, he skillfully brings you to a place of trust and openness to reach deeper into your own being.  Gregg has such a natural grace as a practitioner, like a world-class ice skater gliding effortlessly across the ice, he makes it appear so easy I thought I could do just as well on my own...until he was away for 3 weeks.  I then found it nearly impossible to fully focus on what I was tapping while at the same time move forward into deeper interconnected issues.
Without hesitation, if you are seeking someone to guide you to address and heal your deeper issues, would highly recommend Gregg.

I recently experienced a great loss with the end of a relationship. As I went through the process of grief, I noticed that I was beginning to experience a myriad of emotional triggers. Anything from seeing a certain car brand to looking at the full moon would set forth a wave of sad emotions that surfaced from within me. While I was making great progress with coming to terms with the end of the relationship...the triggers meanwhile were gaining momentum and overcoming me. Just after one guided EFT coaching session Gregg released and removed several triggers. The days after my first session I felt like an energy had been lifted from my subconscious mind and that healing had taken place at a deep level. Science is showing the benefits and even the need for our connection to the more than human world. Our bodies, our minds, our spirits all evolved in conjunction with the natural world. There is no separating us from nature, we are nature.

As we evolved as a species, our nervous systems physiologically attuned to natures sights, colors, textures, to natural sounds of bird song or water flowing, our biorhythms attuned to the movements of the sun and the change of seasons. Psychologically we need nature as well. Research is showing that as little as a few hours connecting with nature can have benefits that last for weeks.

Studies on the benefits of nature include the discoveries of phytoncides (volatile chemicals released from plants) that help boost our immune function and fight cancer, reduction in blood pressure, anti depression chemicals found in the soil, increased ability to focus, mood elevation, increased energy levels and more. In addition there is increasing evidence of time spent in nature’s effect on increased ability to communicate, clearer intuition, deepening of eros and life energy.
