What makes a great website?
A website that connects with each target customer's persona. One size does not fit all. Your message, navigation has to be built from the outside in, the customer's perspective, not the your company. It has to be mobile friendly, it has to have been built from the start with SEO in mind and continually improved upon. A great website connects with prospects on an emotional level as well as a rational or educational level. A great website subscribes to "Less is More". It needs to be clean, easy to navigate, but as mentioned in my first couple of sentences, it needs to cater to all the personas/customer types you are targeting so their experience meets or exceeds their expectations and today, those expectations are very high.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
We are as passionate about the business as we are about providing quality software solutions. The first thing we want to ask are questions about the customer's business and what business value the project will have on that business.
What do you love most about your job?
