I enjoy helping adults, kids and teens who experience chronic pain, sleep issues or persistent feelings of anxiousness to realize comfort. What I love most about my job is teaching my clients techniques that empower them to do the things they want to do in life.

I started my hypnotherapy practice wanting to help people who desire to be pain free and without the dependency on pharmaceuticals to control pain.

I welcome you to my office in Centennial, CO. Come in and feel comfortable as we focus on the changes you want to make in your life. I help people steer away from unwanted habits and addictions. Utilizing Hypnotherapy and supportive techniques, we can help expedite the process of re-wiring YOUR brain and installing behaviors and outcomes that YOU desire to achieve. It is possible to stop addiction and retrain your brain to embark in healthier states and activities.

When you find yourself in a state of anxiety more often than not, it becomes difficult for you and your body to remember the good healthy benefits of going through your day-to-day in the normal state of calm.

Persistent worry and rumination develops from a pattern which fires the sympathetic nervous system. This becomes an ever-evolving pathway that allows for the worry and rumination to more easily pass through faster and more steady and on a loop. This loop unfortunately makes your ability to access a state of calm more and more rare.

The relaxation response is the opposite of fight, flight, or freeze mode. Hypnosis can help expedite the development and recovery of this mode by strengthen your parasympathetic nervous system while providing you the control you need over your body’s essential functions (breathing, muscle tension, heart rate).

As your hypnotherapist, I can work with you in strengthening your parasympathetic nervous system so that you can realize the benefits of enhanced mental and physical well-being.

I help my clients learn pain control techniques that are not only useful in turning down and eliminating pains, they can be employed to help lessen the side effects of surgeries and reduce the amounts medications you may require during and after surgery. I can help you be more comfortable or reduce the amount of chemical anesthesia you might require during minor surgical procedures, visits to the dentist, injections, and other medical procedures. You may even find you can avoid using anesthesia or pain-killers all together!

Using hypnosis as a tool, I teach children and teens skills that will help them to better navigate their progress in growth and development. I work as part of a team, alongside parent, child and any others who are influential in the child’s life, in connection to the issue(s) that may surface.

I work to help children and teens become empowered to navigate toward behaviors and outcomes they desire. Children, teens, and adults all have the right to confidentiality, I honor that for each and every client.
