Ben came through with a last minute request by myself for our annual Client Holiday Party.
We serve those experiencing Homelessness and had about 800 people on campus enjoying various events that day.
Ben not only provided superior service related to the photo-booth but he engaged with our clients in such a caring, enthusiastic and heartfelt manner. He spent time talking and taking photos with our clients who don't often get that personal touch from everyday people much less a vendor.
We were really impressed by this.
Being a non-profit, we are always very cautious of our expenses- Ben gave us a great deal but also made us feel like every penny was worth it ten-fold!
We will be using IMG Event Rentals for our employee appreciation events and again for our clients next year.
I high recommend using IMG for any event you have!

We hired Ben through "Bark". Ben was always very fast to reply to my messages and to answer my questions, we were able to coordinate everything without any problems and on the day of my wedding he was very punctual.
