So I decided to delete my 3 star review and change it to a 5 star. Originally when I signed up I was a bit ignorant to the whole Instagram thing and also a little skeptical. I didn't realize that it does take a month or two to start getting the full benefit of this service, and left a review after just two weeks. Although I did see results right away, the engagement got much better with time, and especially after the two month mark. I am now at the point where I believe I will definitely be a very long time customer, at least for as long as I have my business. I was going to leave 4 stars because it took a few days longer to get the campaign started but it ended up being an issue with Instagram verifying that I am allowing them to run the marketing campaign, and my marketing rep went above and beyond to make it up to me, so for that reason I highly recommend them.
