Our Smoked Half Chicken is awesome. This is a BEAST FEAST item that is sure to please. Smoked in-house basted with a garlic parsley butter and if you want it sided right, get the garlic mash and sautéed green beans - TRADITIONAL AMERICAN FOOD AT ITS BEST!
Brisket tacos are awesome too. Smoked shredded brisket topped with chipotle mayo, avocado smash, red onions, pepper jack and a sprinkle of cilantro - this is a fusion fav for our clients. Get It with the TRIPLE PLAY salsa, guac and queso for a "beyond the taco bar" feast.
